As a qualified Solicitor, acting in capacity of a Legal Representative, we are regulated by Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) as a Registered Immigration Advisor. Based in High Wycombe, we can help with advice and legal representation across the UK.
Amrin Shabir
Amrin studied a Law LLB at Buckinghamshire New University, and now specialises in Family Visas and Immigration. She started her career as a Legal Secretary in 2017, in an OISC regulated law firm, whilst studying for the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Guildford part time. She then went on to become a Trainee Immigration and Asylum Caseworker. She also worked in various legal roles, as a paralegal, eventually qualifying herself as a Solicitor through the LPC route. In her most recent role, she handled immigration matters from start to finish for a firm of Solicitors.
After her LPC she continued working various legal roles, completing her training contract and Professional Skills Course (PSC) and then qualified as a Solicitor.

Our OISC regulated advisors come with in-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures, and offer free initial consultations and will always work in your best interests. We will let you know as early as possible if your case has prospects of success, and if it does we can work with you from there to support you in your objectives.
